The way in which we present ourselves through dress and grooming contributes substantially to a school atmosphere that is personally engaging, orderly and respectful of others.For this reason, Angelus Academy has adopted a simple, easy to care for but attractive uniform for our students; and it is necessary that the parents cooperate fully in supporting our dress code.In order that the students’ attire be “uniform” in color and style we ask that the standard uniforms (Grades 6-8 boys ties) be purchased by telephone or on-line or at Flynn and O'Hara's store location in Fairfax.Parents will be contacted when a student is out of uniform consistently or for an extended period of time.
Please be sure that all uniform items are clearly labeled with the child’s name, especially garments such as sweaters and P.E. uniforms.They must be kept clean and in a state of good repair.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ON DAYS WHEN THE STUDENTS ATTEND MASS, THEY MUST BE IN DRESS UNIFORM.SHORTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR MASS.

DRESS CODE FOR MASS: BOYS AND GIRLS Please note: On days when children are scheduled to attend Mass girls must wear jumpers or skirts and boys long pants, even if it is a warm weather uniform or PE day.

Standard Uniform Grades K-5: Navy blue jumper, white knit short or long sleeve jersey blouse with Peter Pan collar Yellow pullover crew neck or cardigan sweater or vest with Angelus Academy logo White above the ankle socks (crew or dress socks), navy or white knee socks, or navy or white tights. (Please no socks that cover only the foot.) Hair: Hair must be kept neat and well-groomed. Bangs must be kept above the eyebrows. Extreme hair styles and coloring, highlighting, or streaking of hair are not permitted. No body piercing or tattooing (other than pierced ears for stud earrings)

Standard Uniform Grades 6-8: Navy blue chino or corduroy pants with belt (black, brown, or navy blue) White Lands’ End long or short sleeve polo shirt or white long or short sleeve button down shirt without tie (on non-Mass days). School tie (purchased at school) and cotton oxford button down collar shirt with long or short sleeves Navy blue or black above the ankle crew or dress socks Navy pullover V-neck or cardigan sweater or vest with school logo.
